Denis Dounaev – DTI Product Owner, Etrading Software (UK)
Denis oversees the implementation of the DTI standard and DTI Foundation’s operational and strategic goals. Prior to his work on the DTI, Denis has headed the introduction of technology solutions for MiFID II regulation and implemented AML & market abuse monitoring. He has a background in leading support and development teams in Markets Technology, including in algorithmic trading and data analytics.

Rowan Varrall – DTI Director of Regulatory Affairs, Etrading Software (UK)
Rowan Varrall supports the DTIF’s regulatory engagement and public policy objectives, advancing adoption across crypto and digital asset markets. He serves as Secretariat to the Product Advisory Committee, the core governance body providing stewardship and oversight of DTI implementation. Rowan previously held roles at ICMA, UBS, and Macquarie Group, contributing toward debt capital market standards and OTC derivatives regulatory reporting.

Mc Claren Dice Silverio – DTI Project Manager, Etrading Software (USA)
Dice oversees the execution of key projects aligned with DTIF’s operational and strategic initiatives. Prior to joining DTIF, he spent seven years as a Senior Business Consultant at Finastra, where he specialized in delivering technology-driven financial solutions. With a strong background in project implementation, Mc Claren has extensive experience in managing and executing complex financial technology projects, ensuring seamless integration and regulatory compliance.

Matthijs Geneste – Head of European Regulatory Data Services, Etrading Software (Netherlands) B.V.
Matthijs is ETS’ Head of European Regulatory Data Services spearheading the European Bond CT and ETS Connect data services projects. He is a highly experienced financial regulatory, capital markets and EU affairs specialist who brings a depth of industry and supervisory expertise to the role. Previously, he was senior supervisor in the Dutch AFM’s Capital Markets Supervisory team where he worked closely on the reviews of MiFID II/MiFIR and was responsible for leading the regulator’s Consolidated Tape regulatory sandbox.
Prior to joining the Dutch regulator, Matthijs spent more than five years at ABN AMRO Clearing Bank N.V. as a global coordinator for regulatory affairs and derivative regulation expert. He also has six years of strategic consulting experience on behalf of global enterprises, institutional investors and public authorities.
